A practical process for your real work

We begin with your situation: who is involved, what you need to achieve, and what could make the conversation difficult. We then prepare the language and a process for handling it.

Prepare → Apply a process → Practise → Review → Improve.

For a negotiation, that can mean clarifying your objective, anticipating questions, considering cultural expectations and practising how to respond when the conversation changes.

Choose your focus

Programs built around work—not textbooks.

Every program follows the same practical method: prepare, apply a process, practise, review and improve.
